Vans is supporting Breast Cancer Awareness this coming October by partnering with CoppaFeel! — a UK-based awareness organization — to release a capsule collection of footwear, clothing and accessories.

The collection is graphic-heavy and is comprised of the Sk8-Hi, Slip-On, Era, a pair of slides, a Chore jacket, two T-shirts, a cap and a backpack. The collection has been created to not only raise awareness and encourage support, but to also to donate at least $200,000 USD worth of proceeds to Vans’ partnering organization, CoppaFeel!.

Kris Hallenga, founder of CoppaFeel!, said in a press release that this collaboration is “a dream come true” for the charity. She added “We are thrilled for the opportunity to spread our message across Vans’ audience, as this partnership will allow us to tell more people why checking their boobs is so important, and in return, save lives. CoppaFeel! exists to stamp out the late detection of breast cancer by educating everyone – girls, boys and non-binary pals about their boobs and encourage them to get anything abnormal checked out.”

The collection itself features artwork created by Vans designers who used “simple shapes and minimal linework to highlight the bold use of color and the unity of interlocking figures.” Various shades rework the traditional checkerboard pattern, highlighting how breast cancer can affect anybody.

For the Sk8-Hi and slides, Vans has adorned the upper with illustrative female bodies, while the standout pair — the slip-on — features a reassuring “You Got This!” message on the front. Elsewhere you can find pieces such as the T-shirt, backpack and Chore jacket further highlighting diversity and supporting breast cancer awareness through its minimalist illustrations. The collection will release from October 1 at Vans stockists and online.

In other news, Nike is also supporting Breast Cancer Awareness with its React Element 87 collection reworked by Sneaker Room.
